2. Lund will analyze markets and sub-markets in target areas as well as national and property type trends as they relate to those areas. We will look at detailed metrics such as rates and trends for vacancy, rent per square foot, employment, leasing activity, construction, absorption and capitalization.

3. Our team will present you with the options which best fit your various criteria.

4. If any of those options are of interest we will engage our vetted network of brokers in that area to help you compile a list of candidates.

5. We will work with you to select a broker and guide you during the process.

6. Once you have a contract our expert commercial mortgage broker partners with Fortress Capital Partners will organize compelling packages for presentation to lenders. Fortress will negotiate the most optimal financing package on your behalf. 

7. As you get closer to closing we will be there to support you should any speed-bumps arise.

8. After closing, Lund will continue to check in with you on a regular basis because we value relationships.
